Being one of the only few Emirati male yoga instructors, Mohammed sees yoga as more than exercise – it’s a life-enhancing practice open to all, regardless of religion or gender. He’s eager to spread yoga’s benefits, empowering others to enjoy the same positive transformations he’s gained.
He earned his certification from One Yoga, Thailand, Ko Pha Ngan, and through Jonah Kest Dubai, U.A.E.

Welcome to The Journey Flow – a unique yoga experience blending movement, mindfulness, house music, and poetry. Inspired by the idea that we are all on our own paths yet connected by the qualities that lead to a more content, joyful life—such as presence, patience, acceptance, and forgiveness—each practice explores a meaningful theme.
Our sessions begin with a guided meditation to set the intention, followed by an energizing, fast-paced flow set to deep house music. As you rest in Savasana, you’ll be immersed in original poetry written by Mohamed inspired by the day’s theme. We close with breathwork, leaving you grounded, inspired, and connected—body, mind, and spirit.

A Journey of Impact
Mohammed was honored with the Outstanding Yoga Teacher Award (UAE) in recognition of his meaningful contributions to the yoga community. The award was presented by the UAE Yoga Committee in collaboration with UAE Sports for All and the Asian Yogasana Sports Federation, acknowledging his dedication to promoting yoga as a practice of balance, awareness, and well-being.
While yoga has never been about titles or competition for me, this recognition reflects years of sincere commitment to teaching, mentoring, and giving back to the community. Since my first step onto the mat, my journey has been guided by connection, self-growth, and service, values that continue to shape his approach to yoga today.
This award stands as a testament not only to professional excellence, but also to the positive impact of yoga when practiced with purpose, integrity, and heart.
